Volunteers: We Need You!

As a fabulous community-based event, the Berbee Derby relies on a supportive volunteer base to turn the race into the incredibly special event that it is.

There are plenty of roles for our willing volunteers. We have lots of pre-race activities where we need support and help. And if you love the thrill of the race – but want to save your hamstrings! – we need lots of cheerful, supportive volunteers on the big day itself.

All volunteers receive a free 2021 Berbee Derby long-sleeve t-shirt, plus a chance to win some fabulous prizes. You could win gift cards from some amazing sponsors. (To be eligible, you must sign up and perform a volunteer job. All confirmed volunteers who perform their assigned jobs will be entered in the post-race raffle….the winners will be randomly selected, notified by email and we will arrange for winners to receive their prizes.)

So, if you want to get involved, the first step is to check out the list of volunteer opportunities below. (We hope you will find some that catch your eye!)
