Extra Early Bird10/7/22 (11:59:59pm)$30 per individual
Early Bird10/27/22, 6pm$35 per individual

This deadline is necessary to ensure proper registration within race categories and to allow sufficient time for team processing and T-shirt printing (we’d hate to rush and spell your name wrong on the back of the shirt). We won’t accept any team member category changes or team member additions after this date. There will be no race category changes after October 27th as well.

Payment Methods

Credit cards only for online registration; checks and cash also accepted at Berbee Derby headquarters during race week.

Berbee Derby Register Now

If your infant or toddler (0-3 years old) will be in a stroller or pulled in a wagon, no big deal, they ‘run’ for free. You don’t even have to register them. Please note though they won’t get a t-shirt or goodie bag.

If your child is 4-6 years old, you pay only $6 (if registered after Nov. 11, it will be $7). Once registered they would be receiving the standard t-shirt and goodie bag that other participants receive.

NOTE: Children 4-6 years old, should be accompanied by a guardian during the race. Any lost kids should report to the Registration tent.

*Discounts cannot be applied to children’s pricing.

Feeding Local Minds

Did you know that 100% of proceeds from the Berbee Derby go to the Madison-based Technology Education Fund (TEF)? TEF benefits area children, teen and adults who do not have access to computers, software, and many other technology resources.
